Okavango Delta, Caprivi & Chobe

Some camps and lodges in the Okavango Delta change dramatically throughout the year with green season often offering a vastly contrasting experience due to the floodwaters having receded. Guma lagoon offers year-round water based activities located on the pan handle area of the Okavango Delta, the best location from which to explore the deep water, lagoons and channels.

The Caprivi is a wildlife rich area with stunning wilderness areas and wildlife in abundance.

Chobe National Park needs no introduction to be one of the best places in Africa to view elephants and other big game.

We will enjoy open game drives, bush walk and river cruises at all these destinations.

Day  2 & 3

We have an early departure as we set off to our first adventure of the trip. Our camp is built on one of the largest lagoons in the pan handle area of the delta. Here you will enjoy one night tented accommodation and one night camping on an island in the delta. Our transport to the island will be a traditional canoe called a makoro.

An afternoon nature walk on the island will be enjoyed with the local guides with a vast knowledge of the area.
